What's Going on in Normandy's Exchange Portfolio?

A big portfolio manager announced a series of Westchester leasing deals late last week.

Normandy Real Estate Partners, said it has completed nearly 147,000 square feet of leasing deals this year in its Westchester portfolio it calls "The Exchange."

In a relase, the company says its 1.6 million-square-foot property holdings consist of 14 buildings. 

CBRE represented Normandy in the transactions.

The 2013 deals are four new leases with Tokyo Leasing, nuTravel Technology Solutions, Ammann & Whitney and Langan Engineering & Environmental Services.

Normandy says it has invested more than $30 million in the continuing redevelopment of The Exchange, which has included exterior building refurbishments, improved parking lots, security and concierge services, and a new generator at the 2500 Westchester Avenue property.

Other tenants in the property portfolio include J.P. Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo and UBS.

 

CBRE Senior Vice President Brian Carcaterra, Vice President Michael McCall and Senior Associate Peter Hansen represented Normandy in the transactions, Normandy reported.
