Who's Building What on Franklin Street?

The New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission is expect to hear an application for the construction of two new buildings downtown late tomorrow morning.

The call for the public hearing doesn't say who the "Certificate of Appropriateness" application is filed by, but the location says potential real estate bonanza: 100 Franklin St., in the so-called Tribeca East Historic District.

In fact, DNA Info did a story on a glass condo box that it says the flashy developer, DDG Partners, wants to install.  You can see that Nov. 1 report here.

Here's the hearing notice.

Here's your Google satellite view of the parcel, near Church St.
