The New York Post this evening, for tomorrow's paper, rehashes the sweet deals developers cut for their lucrative properties.
The article revisits the Albany bill that brought them to us, sans the usual affordable housing requirements.
And the developers reply: “One57 during construction and the first 10 years of operations will generate over $2.5 billion of economic benefit to New York City and state in the form of taxes and economic investment."
You know those guys.
