The Commercial Observer this morning details a new Sherwood Equities least at 370 Lexington Avenue.
The four-year, 5,135 square foot, 26th floor lease will move Twenty Recruitment Group from 1140 Avenue of the Americas next month. The London headhunting firm began operations here three years ago.
The Commercial Observer reports CompStak data that says rent will be in the low $50s per square foot after an unspecified free rent period.
Sherwood, a private real estate development firm whose website says it has $2.5 billion in its portfolio, bought the Grand Central vicinity building, at E. 41st St., in 2008, in a joint venture with JPMorgan Asset Management.
The Commercial Observer reports that the building is currently 95% leased; the item also has details from an earlier article on six Sherwood lease signings at the property earlier this year, here.
