New York-based Clarion Properties sold a 10-story, 106,000 square foot downtown Washington, D.C., building for $52.75 million to Epic LLC, a U.K. real estate investment firm with its sole U.S. office at 99 Hudson St. in NYC.
The details of the deal were in a press release on HFF Inc.’s site yesterday. Pittsburgh-based HFF represented Clarion in the deal.
The building, at 919 18th St. N.W., is in the heart of the city, a couple of blocks from the White House, near the two Farragut Metro stations.
HFF’s team, according to its release, included senior managing directors Jim Meisel, Dek Potts and Andrew Weir, and executive managing director Stephen Conley.
