Council Speaker Candidate Didn't Report Rental Income

The Daily News, which already has called for rejecting Melissa Mark-Viverito's City Counsel speaker candidacy because of her status in obtaining a city-issued noninterest real estate loan, now says she is not adequately reporting income from the three units she has developed in East Harlem.
